Diana Saadeh‑Jajeh is a seasoned Fortune 500 CFO and considered a multidimensional financial executive and board director with more than three decades of experience leading complex and regulated organizations across consumer goods, retail, financial services, and technology. Her career spans global public companies, private equity–backed ventures, and emerging startups, where she has built a reputation for strengthening financial discipline, elevating governance, and driving strategic, well‑controlled transformation.
She currently serves as an Independent Board Member for Pitney Bowes Bank, Inc., a regulated subsidiary of Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI), where she provides governance, financial oversight, and strategic guidance. Diana also serves as Audit Committee Chair and Compensation Committee Member for Tandy Leather Factory, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLF), overseeing governance, financial reporting, internal controls, enterprise risk, and compliance. She previously held executive roles including CFO & COO at Ryvid, CFO at GameStop, and finance transformation positions at Visa Inc., JUUL Labs, e.l.f. Beauty, and Equinix.
An active CPA (California), Diana also serves on the Board of Advisors for Texas A&M University–Commerce College of Business.
