Printing Request Details

• Submit print request within 1 week of desired pick up date. The Account number must also be provided for the print charge.
• The  poster deadline is two weeks before the Symposium event.
• Specific fees and turnaround times vary for individual projects depending on materials and complexity. Turnaround time may be subject to the availability of staff and resources.
• Only large format posters and signage printing is offered on the Denton Campus. For flyers, promotional materials, etc, we will provide print ready artwork for you to submit to your vendor. Preferred print vendors can be found on the Special Procurements website. You can find more information and preferred vendors for promotional items on the Marketing and Communications website.

Poster and Signage Pricing for Denton

Payment Information

Posters are paid via IDT (Interdepartmental Transfers) and must be included in the request form. Your department must agree to cover the cost of the printing and provide a chart string to bill.

We cannot accept payment from a "10" (state) chart strings. Grant Accounts managed by ORSP must be accompanied by Grant IDT Invoice to submit to Office of Research and Sponsored Programs.

Custom sizes also available. Please contact FADesign@twu.edu to obtain pricing.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Posters will be available outside the door of Stoddard 306, Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 6 PM.
